Clinics and institutes
One of our long-term goals is to create a network of certified NBIA centers. A first step in this direction is the European Reference Network for Rare Neurological Diseases (ERN-RND). Currently, the LMU and TU in Munich, in cooperation, form our most important NBIA center in Germany, with which Hoffnungsbaum e.V. works closely.

Institute of Human Genetics and Klinikum Rechts der Isar
The Institute of Human Genetics at the TU Munich and the Helmholz Center are home to experts in the field of genetic diagnostics. Matias Wagner and his team also offer genetic counseling for those affected. In the field of basic research, we work primarily with Dr. Arcangela Iuso.
